Printing and shipping

IngramSpark/Lightning Source processes payment, prints each book, and ships the order directly to the customer.

Orders typically print and ship within 2–3 business days. Actual service times may vary.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, transit estimates, and applicable sales tax are calculated and displayed by IngramSpark during checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking is included when the customer selects a trackable shipping method. Basic shipping may not include tracking.

Cancellations and address changes

IngramSpark cannot cancel an order or change its shipping address after the order has been submitted. Customers should verify their order and delivery address before completing checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are not offered for Share & Sell orders.

If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, the customer should report the problem to IngramSpark customer service. IngramSpark may provide a replacement after reviewing and resolving the request.

Customers will need the email address used at checkout and the order number from the confirmation email when requesting support.
